To Lock: Move the stop bar into the upper position. Press cuff down on the wrist and rotate jaw until it engages the ratchet. Jaw may be tightened as required. Move stop bar to the lower position. The handcuffs are now locked from further movement in either direction.
To Unlock: Move stop bar to the upper position. Insert key. Rotate the key one quarter. Turn clockwise. Do not use under pressure. Be sure to turn the key in the right direction.
