Book Week Costume Ideas for Under $20

Book Week is coming up soon and it's the perfect time to celebrate your child's love for reading! You don't need to spend a lot of money to create a great costume. With the rising cost of living it can be hard to find a bargain these days, however, you can easily make a costume using these accessories for under $20.
