These services are to Australian metropolitan areas* and many regional centers when you order by 11am Brisbane time.

We use Australia Post Express Post and Australia Post Standard Post to ship our costumes and accessories. We dispatch the same day** for items in stock where the order has been placed by 11am Brisbane time. Express Post offers next day delivery to addresses within their Express Post Next Business Day Network. Standard Delivery Australia Post is available to major metropolitan and regional centers and takes 2-4 days, with 7–10-day delivery to WA. 

Disguises Costumes dispatches daily Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).** During our busier times of August and October there may be a delay in dispatch of one to two business days. If you have a multi-product order, items may be dispatched separately from different locations and some items may be sent by Star Track Couriers. We have no control over all dispatch and delivery and will not be held responsible if your order arrives after your deadline.

For some products we use the services of Star Track. This is generally overnight to metropolitan areas, however, please note this is not guaranteed overnight service. Regional areas take additional time, and bulky items are shipped with Toll and this service generally takes 2-4 business days for delivery.

*During our busiest period of October, dispatch can be delayed up to two days from day of order.
