This deluxe SWAT Commander costume includes adjustable flack jacket with multiple utility pockets and SWAT patches on front and back, dark blue t-shirt, knee pads and fingerless gloves. (Pants not included.) If you're going to dress up in a police uniform, this is the only way to go.
